Two variants have gale on hipped roofs. There are eight additional dwellings that do not fall within any of the above-described building types. Of those constructed prior to 1958, two are simple gable front form houses (Resources #93 and 104), one is a shotgun form house (Resource #143), one has a simple hipped roof form.
