
Moreover, it is observed that there is an active farmers market nearby the Pepperell Mill which can be considered in the Pepperell Mill development. A farmer’s market and other stores can be used to attract visitors and to increase the connection between the residents and the Pepperell Mill. Figure-4 is an aerial image of the Pepperell Mill and the surrounding streets and communities. As shown Pepperell Mill is extended in the south of the 1st street. The location and current condition of the local farmer market is shown by a red balloon in Figure 4


Streets:
In one hand, the location and direction of streets in the community are evenly distrubuted in the community, compeletly connected, and their direction toward the two main streets also improve the connectivity in the community. Eventhough the small size of streets help walkability of area and also provide speed limits in residential area.
On the other hand, streets condition is not good like their situation and location. Most of them don’t have sidewalk and even if they have is not in good condition, especially in the blocks adjacent to the mill. There is no light at night and no shade during the day. The other thing is, there is not any activity in first streets to bring push people to walk there.
